I'm afraid that if someone did have the building then they wouldn't be able to upload it because that would be "stealing" someone's work.

Your best bet would be contacting the creator via the internal email system, however i cannot guarantee that the member is still active.

Try to contact one of the STEX moderators, if they cannot do anything then i am afraid that you will have to find another hospital, there are tons out there!

well, it's still dead. I really want this, seams interesting. Plus, I personally like 1x1 tile civic
