changing a building from plopable to growable

hello everybody,

I have one question, it's possible to changing a building from PLOPPABLE to GROWABLE and no the inverse.

if you have the model file itself (*.SC4Model) you can always create new growable from it at any time and of any type. Basically no need to actually change anything. On the other hand the only way to create ploppable is to actually change settings manually...
