i have sim city 4 deluxe and i just dowladed the big bomb pack or wut ever with the nuke and radiation bomb i have it downloaded on winrar where do i go from here

i tried i get an error message and it isnt in the game

i try and extract it to the simcity 4 deluxe pluggin folder from winrar and i get messages saying cannot create

dirtyevill

cannot create big bomb

etc

and they all also say acess denied

You're gonna need to be more specific about what your problem is.

From the sounds of it, you may have a corrupted .zip. Try re-downloading the files. If that doesn't help, try downloading another program to extract the .zip.

More likely the rar file was corrupted. Try redownloading again,

and I do remember something like that, i think it was the starbucks ultra mega bomb prank.....
