Grand Railroad Station

My city's added population of residential and commercial is over the required limit (I think added together it is like 200,000). Each individual population is less than required, but I thought it is the sum of residential pop and commercial pop that is looked at for the Grand Railroad Station. Also, some of my stations are over capacity, so that shouldn't be a problem either, unless it has to be taken literally, and one small station needs to be NEARLY full capacity? Anyway, for some reason I do not have the Grand Railroad Station, any help?

The station is bugged, your stations should have a negative capacity or something like that for you to enable the reward. I don't know if someone made a fix for it as a stand alone download. I do know that a fix is included with the CAM however.

The standalone Grand Rail Station patch is located here. It may or may not conflict with the CAM; you will have to ask on the official board for the CAM at SC4Devotion to find out

This patch also has an option to make the station look nicer.

And if you're just fed up with it. Hit CTRL+X in game and then type "you don't deserve it" or something along those lines and press enter. And presto! Insta-reward unlock for all of em.

Archean has the easiest answer, but there are fixes to the problem and the CAM has the "fix" built in. The problem is it requres 4000% use of stations to enable the reward (which ain't happenin') This bug has been in this lot since the release of SC4 and maxis has never fixed it.

I never knew about the Grand Central Station patch. I guess trolling and assimilating web pages do come in handy.
