Difficulty Mods/Help ?

It seems I never have to use any of the fire or police emergency tools. I'm already playing the game on hard but it is just too easy. I'd like a bit of excitement.

If anyone knows of any mods that increase the chances of fires, lightning, riots or anything else like that please let me know!

To do it well, you do it right... to do it wrong, just do it poorly.. ie fewer schools, fewer schools, fewer fire dept, fewer police, etc..

Try and do stuff to make your mayor rating low, just be a general tyrant. Litteraly only zone for buildings and build power plants (and the essentials, except water)

Forcing myself to play terribly is not really a realistic option for me. I want a challenge.. not to "simulate" a challenge.

LOL.. no matter what you do it's a simulation, dude.. It's a GAME!

But I do know what you mean. To my knowledge there is no "make hard harder" mod. I assume you already are playing on hard with no mod's. The game after all is fairly easy to play IF YOU DO IT PROPERLY.. it's not like it's a holy grail.
