Any idea who the creator is? Don't know if it's the one you're looking for, but SOMY has a set that could look like a marina. Scroll way down and select page 1 (P1). It's the second item.

Pegasus also has a set to make marinas on the PLEX... There's a couple items on the STEX here and here...

Ah... Thanks citiesxlfan42, didn't know it was a specific facility. Haven't been in or around Chicago in years. Seeing the picture helped. Did find this one on the STEX, but I seem to remember seeing a better version. There's a reference to gonzalo in the comments, so maybe there's another. Much of his work is on items on CapitalSimcity. Looking...

Later: Found one on CapitalSimCity. Select the 'Decargas' tab and enter 'Marina City' in the search (Buscar) window.

Yes, those are them...citiesxlfan42, I was going to give you a link to this but I couldn't find one so I used this topic to find it. Sorry for the delay. Lately, people have been asking for some "hard to find" uploads...again, thanks for your patience!
