First render came out oversized and with a light glitch on one of the corners. And the sidewalk texture didn't match the color scheme of the building. I revised and rendered it and now it is up on the STEX

An addon lot is on the works, that will include the gas station and a couple of more props.

Where is the Maxis Bradenburg dependency?  I can't find it anywhere, all I am getting is pages in German that have nothing to do with Sim City...  Can someone please help me?
