All my cities disappeared!

 Two days ago, I was happily playing my cities, I assigned a blueprint to one of the cities and so on. Before I went to dinner I saved, and it all went properly.

Then when I got back, all my cities were just gone! As in 0 cities on my planet, and the search not bringing anything up. I logged out and back in, installed the game on another computer and tried from there, nothing. They've just all disappeared, and so has countless hours of hard work!

Now I understand that a lot of unused cities were deleted as it occurred at exactly the same time as the city total dropped significantly, but I was an active subscriber and all my stuff is now gone too!

I filed a support ticket but MC isn't answering!

There is a glitch sometimes, just go back one step from the planet view, wait few seconds and then click on your planet again. Let it load. Repeat couple of times if it doesnt work.

You can also see on your profile page if your cities are still there, if they are not, then they have been for sure deleted. Otherwise its just a glitch.

I already repeated it a lot over the past days and they sure are gone, also waited for 10 minutes at the planet screen but the cities dont show. And I cant find them in the search either, and the spots they used to be in are empty.

They are still in my profile though.

We have indeed received your ticket and are currently investigating into this issue that occurred for a few players.

Only cities of inactive players who were on a trial account without registered cd-key ("Bring a friend" accounts mostly) have been deleted, so yours should not be part of the lot. But we are looking actively into the issue and will contact you shortly about it.
