Server update from last night (city lost)

So I was up fairly late last night working on my city.. Got the population to around 10,000 which is fairly quick to do. I was playing and getting ready to log off as the servers went down, no warning at all. I log in this morning to see my town is now gone. This sucks. Good thing I was only 3 hours in.

Sorry, but you should keep in mind about the downtime at 3:30pm to 6am New York time each week at Wednesday..

C4bmx22, you shouldn't lose 3 hours of work if you get disconnected. It should be no more than half an hour since that's the rate at which your city is saved on the servers.

It sometimes happen that when you get on the Planet, the game doesn't found your city and displays a "No city yet" yet message. If that's what you had, try going back to the Planets selection screen and enter the Planet again.

During a few of the past server updates I have experienced a situation where my cities didn't appear in the list under 'My cities' from the planet screen.

However when I did a city search on myself by mayor I found them. After clicking on them they appeared again under 'My Cities'.

Incidently it didn't occur for me under the last hotfix. Check it out anyway c4bmx22. Your city may still be there. Good luck.
