You'll probably find that if you check your spelling, and don't be so aggressive with your questions then people will like you better and therefore answer you.

NAM stand for Network Addon Mod. It adds many new features to the game that are related to networks, for example Ground Light Rail (Trams), and you can also download NAM components such as HSR (which gives you High Speed Rail, although there is no technical difference to monorail it just looks different), the RHW (Rural HighWay, a much more realistic highway system which lets you creates custom interchanges using the MIS(Modular Interchange System)), and the SAM (Street Addon Mod which gives you extra types of street like cobblestone and asphalt, and dirt streets)

The closest you can get to subway trains on the Ground is GLR.

Warrior,

Could you please offer a download link for the NAM? Also, would you let me wether it will run on the original SimCity4, or if I need any expansion packs? If so, are they available for download?

Thanks.

You can find the latest NAM here.  It requires either SC4 Deluxe or the Rush Hour Expansion Pack.  They are not available for download, but you can pick up SC4 Deluxe for $20 or less.  You will also need to get the main update, which can be downloaded from the Sim City 4 site.  You will have to register there first for it to become visible in the upper right portion of the screen.

If you don't have Rushhour/Deluxe (deluxe is just SC4 and Rush Hour in one box) then you really need to buy it, most of what you can download on the various SC4 Exchanges need Rushhour, and it adds more options to the game.

And as Jim said it is very cheap.
