Some of you may already know about the Simtropolis City Journal Union(if not, click here! , unfortuatly no one can join anymore, wait until the union expands...), a project by The boy formerly known as Muzz.
Of course for a community project like that are some special BATs required (Parliament, Agencies etc...). And AFAIK, they will be released some time 2.gif

I've started working on the Parliament some days ago, here's what I got so far:
EDIT: Argh, I posted the wrong pic, here's the right one^^parlamentneu3wr.jpg
The shape was inspired by the Berlin Tempodrom, the glas structure by the cupola of the Reichstag.
The plenar hall(respective the plenar dome) offers seating for 511 representatives2.gif

Most excellent! As for the lighting, you should try something brighter, like say, a nice light blue, or whitish green, perhaps. Keep up the good work!

    SC4, Forevermore!

Currently preoccupied with architecture school...lurking with caution.

    Thanks all!

    @DT:
    Good idea!
I've finally done a mix I'm very satisfied with!
I hope you guys like it too, though I'm not a great maker of such nightlights.

Cool, you're playing with nightlightning... It looks good to me. Is something brighter than that possible?

    @ timo
Would be possible, but that wouldn't have been that good, that glas would look like there's none (and it does look a bit like this already) It's also ready rendered2.gif

    @ Muzz
Yeah you can have them... I gonna upload a small furniture pack, that contains the chair2.gif

Wouldn't suprise me, if it wins a price as ugliest building ever18.gif OK, it's a ministry, they are often just ugly...2.gif

Nice, just make something like an impressive entrance and it'll look great anyway... The shape is not so special, but actually it's not so ugly!

I worked on a special request of b3rglund, who requested a gothic style ministry building...
It's modeled after the Strawberry Hill somewhere in the UK (if maybe someone got photos of it (no google pics please, I already googled), can he/she may give me copies of them? That would be really helpful, because on the pics on the internet there's often only one side to see45.gif)
Anyway, far away from beein' finished, here's a small preview:
    ^^.jpg

I don't know if it still fits into gothic style22.gif

P.S.: The last building I showd you, I haven't continued working on it yet.
