I emailed them a few days ago but have gotten silence. Has anyone else heard from them ?!?

I have not been been able to play the po since installing game. Game loads to the shaking hands screen but then crashes. No error message. I had been able to play on solo mode but now getting the same problem.

Have reinstalled x2 and even turned my firewall off for a few minutes to see if that would help - nope.

 

Well at least my free trial on the po is almost up (sarcasm).

I've had nearly single-line replies, that took about 3 days to reply. They're not efficient, fast, nor helpful in any way.

I've not heard squat. I still haven't been able to get past the launch screen where I'm supposed to get the "patch". Crock of sh**!!!!

I recently posted about 5 or 6 suggestions/issues and yesterday they emailed me with answers to all my posts.

Not one of there answers was in anyway helpfull.  Im tempted to post what they replied but i dont want to get into any trouble.  Basically there answers were just all defensive.  Like i was suggesting that the middle mouse rotation speed was a little fast and when you have a huge city things lag and it spins to fast.  They didnt reply with a ok this has been noted.  They just tried to blame me instead.

Its like they dont want to know, its like there saying "its my game, who are you to tell me what it should do"

I wrote to MC on recently and received a response within 24 hrs. I originally wrote to MC about my disgust at how solo players were being left out and they wanted me to provide more information. A further 24hrs later I received an email from them with specific answers to my questions.

They were very polite and they SEEM interested in what we have to say, and how we feel about the game, but will they LISTEN??? Sadly, I dont think they will.

It varies. I had 3 answers to my issues in 24 hours, and one that took 3 days.

None of them were really helpful though... The game still crashes 15.gif

Regarding the Planet Offer Payment Rejection, I got this from support so far:

"We are currently investigating on your problem.

We will get back to you very soon.

Thank you for your patience."

which is better than their previous one, which said, "out payment provider has blocked yout transaction for security reason, sorry we can not help"!!!!!

I hope they get it fixed for me
