Windowed mode for SimCity 4 Deluxe?

I want to play, since i want to search the internet while playing my city. So how can you? Also, i heard people about having a starter with a -w on it. What is that, How can i make it, and does it really work? thanks.

Mine looks like this     "C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\SimCity 4.exe" -CustomResolution:enabled -r2048x1536x32 -w -introff

You need to choose a resolution that suits your monitor. It won't be 2048X1536

Like my resolution is 1280 x 720. What should i put it as?

32 is color depth so just sub your 1280x720 for his 2048x1536

wait, then how do i make it windowed mode? what pixels should i put it as?

One thing to watch out is that most computers don't like graphical programs hanging off the edge of the monitor. I would suggest dropping the resolution for your computers max to 1 or 2 below it say 1024x640(guessing there look under your monitor settings) just a bit to avoid that problem
