Bus Stops not available, Missing manual

Two issues,

One, I've been playing a bit now and I still can't use the bus stops. I read somewhere that they would be available, how do I unlock them?

The other issue is, I have the game through steam, where can I find the game manual or something that shows me what some buildings actually do. A lot of stuff says, 'improves food output' etc..but I have no idea by how much so I can't tell which buildings are better than others or how many of the cheaper lesser buildings equal the cost of a more advanced building. An example is, how many windmills = small electricity buildings electrical output.

Bus stops will be available some time after release for players who have subscribed the multiplayer Planet.

The numbers telling you how mucha building did were removed in the beta (there was much oppostion to this) for fear of making the game to "complicated"

So they dumbed it down for 10 year olds?

Considering this game is all about micromanaging your city, it would seem obvious that exact numbers are important.

I thought bus stops were for everyone and the rail systems and rest of the mass transportation were for subscribers?

I think I read on the interview with Mc on this site somewhere that they were going to add buses before the release but they were not happy with it. It will come in a upcoming update I think :-)

They changed their mind. It happened more than you can even possibly think.

CXL is a game for casual players. Casual players don't want figures. So MC removed them.

    Thanks, intristin.

LordOscar - This game is set up more like simcity rather than citylife or societies, both of which were boring as hell since there was no management, just placing of buildings. CXL isnt super hard but there is still a lot of management to deal with, more along the lines of SC4. citylife or societies was more for casual gamer.
