Importing Regions Problem (SC4Terraformer)

I downloaded a region from the STEX and it said that it requires SC4Terraformer, so I opened it and imported the .SC4M file into it and it came up with an error. The error said that the SC4M file is the wrong size. "It should be (1025 by 1025) but it is (1281 by 1281)" was the exact text. How can I fix this problem?

default regions are 1025

you need to get the region bmp... the one with all the colored squares... and put that in your region folder you want to open with the terraformer

The config.bmp has to be there too.. that has to be sized correctly for the file.. but usually one is included with the SC4M and tells you to put it in the region folder which as I recall you have to make
