1kW is 1000J/s, so 1kWs = 1000J. since m=E/c², 1kWs = (1000)/(300000000²)g = 1.1*10^-14 g. So 1 kW = 1.1*10^-14 g/s. This is mass per second, but we want a weight...

Assuming we're on Earth, this is about 1.1*10^-16 N/s. Which is a measure of yank, not weight. So no luck there, the units don't match up.

Electricity is not stored in batteries, chemical potential energy is - thats why its says don't chuck them in the fire or you will get battery acid in the fire, it may explode and... you get the point

battery acid - probably H₂SO_4, copper and some other stuff.

8191. Apart from Cacks, the other error Nelson made is that he assumed that the electrons would be turned into energy, to generate the required energy. However, the electrons are simply the carrier of energy, not the source. Though one could calculate the mass of the electrons, if one knows the voltage of the circuit, as from that knowledge, the current can be derived, and thus the amount of electrons passing through the circuit each second, since 1 A = 1 C/s. And from that, we calculate mass, from which we derive weight. Alas, it would still be on a per second base, so I think answering this question properly is next to impossible.
