I like pasta. I am pretty good at making many types of pasta sauces.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

Words to live by:
"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit... But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually..." 1 Corinthians 4-11

"Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34
"Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-3

I don't do sauce. What I do depends on the shape.

Spaghetti: olive oil and salt

Pastina: salt and parmasean cheese

Anything else: olive oil, salt, and parasean cheese

The most common "anything else"s for me are medium shells and farfalle, though I'll do penne or ziti on occasion.

If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.
If you can read this, you deserve a cookie.

I rather like ham and cheese tortellini with carbonara sauce.

I made sausages for dinner last night. It probably would have helped to find out how to cook sausages first, but they ended up cooked and I'm not sick yet, so I guess I did it right.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

"Ravioli" is already plural. 49.gif  You're butchering the language!

I agree with the general consensus that Italian food is for the win.
