I only just got it a week ago. This game that I'm playing for the first time now came out in 2006. 3.gif

I have no intention of ever making use of the device's extraneous functions. A game console is for playing games, nothing more.

There will be a bum rush for it I'm sure. Lurkers lurking. Lying in wait for the elusive 6k post...

You know, I read that as "Larkers Lurking"... we shall see who gets it.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

Yours was pretty good too, Duke.

Although Skimbo has had a couple milestone posts as well, according to Duke's most recent list.

I'm convinced the PS2 was designed to fail after 2 years. Both of mine and my roommate's did so. I don't have any consoles at the moment. Aside from my NES, ColecoVision, and N64 that is. I left the Ps2 with my roommate, cause it sux... and Sarah took the Wii when we broke up.

I do remember hearing somewhere that they were only supposed to last 2 years, but my first PS2 lasted at least 4, maybe more. (I can't remember, it's been a while.) My second PS2 has lasted me since that time, although it currently is getting less play time then the PS3.

Looking into a PSP though, I want FF Dissidia. Squall! 36.gif

I'm not really looking for any games at the moment - Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 should satisfy me for a while, as well as SC4 (as always). I can't play as much as I like because of exams and study, though.

Yeah, the only thing I used the PS2 for towards the end was NHL 09 and to play dvds. The one I left behind still plays games but not dvds for some reason. But it's just something I don't need. The Wii was super cool, but I can get by without it.

Now, strictly speaking it belongs equally as much to my sisters as it does to me. The game they want to play doesn't come out until September, though, so I get to monopolize it for the time being. And once they're done with that game they're never going to need the PSP again, so it will de facto become mine the same way the second GBA SP de facto became mine.

We got one cheap and easy when it was brand new, thanks to my uncle who worked for Sony at the time. It didn't quite last two years, although there was a very good reason why not: our chimney got hit by lightning and it got fried.

And the homeowner's insurance replacement still works, coming up on eight years later. So, no complaints about the PS2.

When is the PSP 2 coming out?

I ask because I hear that it is going to be in competion with the N DS-3D.

I have no idea, I didn't even know one was planned.

Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories hasn't been released in Europe or Australia for some reason, despite it being made in 2007. I don't know why. I'm not sure whether or not the original Chain of Memories and 358/2 Days have been released here or if Birth By Sleep will be. If so, I will need a PSP and Nintendo DS... and therefore rather a lot more money than I have now.

If not, you can always import them.

(Incidentally, Birth by Sleep is the PSP game my sisters are after)

7/12 levels clear...

I'm dying less now. Either I've gotten more used to controlling Vile, or it's gotten easier as I've picked up more enhancements and more powerful weapons.

Muck, you're 1 behund un at the moment.

I never owned a PS2 nor have i heard of that happening. No idea what a ColecoVision is my first system was a Sega Saturn followed by N64 and Xbox. I don't understand why anyone would buy a Wii looks like cheap junk to me, Nintendo dosen't make good systems anymore my PS3 is so much better. Sega was on top of their game i'd like to see them release a new console.
