Well, I'm in EST (as is the server), and I'll tell you this much: it didn't change at the stroke of midnight.

I actually clicked over to the homepage right after midnight to look and see if there was to be another prank this year... when I saw nothing out of place, I then concluded that either there wouldn't be one or it was late in arriving. About 1:15 I came back and things had gone nuts.
