Meh, I never liked anything that was awkward or time-consuming to work with. NAM puzzle pieces had the same problem. Trying to get them into the right orientation was annoying, and then placing those damn things one at a time was intolerably arduous for a network which, when placed on the ground, can be just clicked and dragged.

Incidentally, I really liked Rollercoaster Tycoon's methodology for building elevated paths and rides (just click the buttons to steer it!). Shame the elevated roads and avenues couldn't be made to work that way...

3233. All you need to do is place the starter piece and then drag the network. What's arduous about that? If anything, RCT's system takes longer, but it is required for working in three dimensions.

3236. Yes, it has been improved upon. There was an unused network (dirt streets, I think it was) which was recycled into the RHW.

Lots of great improvements have been made in the past few years. We now have a couple of elevated RHWs, the width now goes up to 10 lanes (5 each way), and one-way roads can join seamlessly into the MIS.

RCT1s method of placing paths and rides are super easy and creating slopes are even easier, however RCT3 is too much like SC4 but you cant connect paths on even the slightest slopes. 3240
