Sim City 4 Deluxe region chashing

Ok, here's the story...

Im surfing the web, in Simtropolis, and i find an iteresting region. I download it run it in SC4 terraformer and save it.

I start simcity 4 deluxe, i go to that region i downloaded, I select a city, it starts loading than it crashes to the desktop.

Then i dowload another region (the one with the grayscale picture), then I start simcity 4 go the new region and I run the grayscale picture. I finishes the first city than the game crashes to the desktop. So im thikin, "How in the world am i supposed to make new region?" A little help will do. Please! I beg u people!

RAM: 3.00 GB

32-bit Operating System

can you play a city in another region?

have you downloaded any plugins?

sometimes the more than one of something will crash the game (such as terrain or water color)

Other regions work fine. The maxis ones work, the ones that i made more than 5 months ago work. and the only plugins i have are

the columbus terrain and water, CTP trees, NAM and cars. and some other ones. Nothing happens with other cities. Sometimes they crash, but thats not very often.

About the terrain thing im going to try to re install them.

read the install docs for terrain mod's carefully and thoroughly.. they WILL CRASH YOUR REGION.. and verify you have ALL DEPENDENCIES... and where you put the files..
