It's not too late to post a picture of a city yet.Go to yahoo pictures or google pictures or whatever site that holds pictures then open the image then right-clik then press copy image location then post a reply in simtropolis then press the icon with the mountain and the sun(Beside the frog icon) then after you press it,paste the URL location to the URL place.You can add alternative text inside and also you can put a link to let others click on it to a random thread or site in the internet life.
