What would be useful and realistic is a toll booth that only charges in one direction.  This is used in big cities to charge a toll to people entering it from the suburbs, but leaving the city costs no money.  First lull those out-of-towners into a dependency on their cushy jobs in the "big city," then wham!  slap them with a toll..  What are they gonna do?  Quit their job in the Co$$$ tower to go work in "Farley's Foundry" in their own dumpy little city?  ha!

You should have cars that stop and sims get out. Then they try to set the toll booth on fire. But alas, Its made of Asbestos!!! Muhahahahahahaha (it isnt illegal in all sim states yet)

They should also have speed cameras. And then they stop and spray expandible foam into the little hole in the side (woops i wasnt ment to tell you that ;-) ) anyhoo it just comleatly destroys them :-D

Can you put toll booths on a 1-way road? If so, I have your way to make your idea a reality - put it on a one-way road.
