What Buildings do you wish were Available?

 These buildings are few that I wish were made or updated for Sim City 4. Some may be difficult to make but very beautiful to look upon.

The Burj Dubai (Yes, I know it has been made, but it is a poor version).

The Hydropolis

UAE Spaceport

The Wave Tower

The Dubai Bridge (possibly the most difficult to make)

The Nakeel Tower

The Federation Complex

The Chicago Spire

The Bank of America Tower

The Trump Tower(Chicago)

The Trump Tower(Dubai)

I wish there were natural resource management buildings, similar to the ranger station, but functional.

A foresters building could employ foresters in nearby tiles with trees (perhaps all connected undeveloped tiles with trees?).  They would remove trees and over time seedlings would replace them naturally.  It could be a munipal type building that you plop and has a cost, but returns funds as well (like state agencies - yes some turn profits).  Or it could be zoned (private industrial forests); you zone a forested area for natural resources but only bits of the zoned area changes over time while providing jobs and taxes.

I'm dissappointed that the sim games largely ignore natural resources.  Forests are a renewable resource.  Forests provide water - I don't want pumps, I want reservoirs! Forests also provide recreation - hiking, biking, hores, ATV trails, camping, hunting etc.  Fees could be charged or service could be provided free - the ranger stations sort of fill this role currently.

I know this was 'way out in left field' compared to where you started, sorry.

I would love to see more LDS (Mormon) Temple's .... they have so many different styles since there are well over 130 around the world, and some really beautiful architecture. Some notable ones are in: Portland Oregon, Salt Lake City Utah, Washington DC, San Diego California, Provo Utah, Oakland California, Seattle Washington, and Mount Timpanogos Utah.

Its not a big deal or some "sweet huge building" but I would enjoy small things, like everyday things, like a fred Meyers, or bike paths deffinitly more sky bridges for peds. And more buildings with sky bridges!

I wish I was better at making buildings for sim city. But some of you guys are just pure artist. its truly amazing.

I'd love to see more modernist houses, especially those from the so-called "Bauhaus" era. There are some in the STEX, but I'd love to create Residential Areas with only Bauhaus buidlings in them - for example something similar to the "Weissenhof Estate" in Stuttgart, Germany:

Unless I totally missed something when searching the STEX, I can't believe there are no well known U.S. domed sports stadiums - Superdome, Astordome. How about the new Coybow Stadium, that would be a nice addition.

Good idea! After finishing (and maybe winning) the 3dsMax Contest created by Treddi.com (Italy), so after 21 December, probably I'll model some of those buildings for the Sci-fi city project, thank you for posting these images. I've already copied them in my OneNote page.

I'll bat the Hydropolis, the spaceport and maybe also the federation complex. I'm the only batter in that project, so it's very difficult for me, but maybe you'll see something next year.
