Problem uploading region.

I'm trying to upload the Delltors river or somthing like that., using this as a guide, https://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/index.cfm/Main.SimCity_4.How_to_Install_STEX_BATs,_Lots_and_Maps. I opened up the window and clcked on the file, and the window dissaperaed and nothing happen. I gave it about 10 min and the plains just satyed the same. I followed the above link exactly. So what am I doing wrong?

I am assuming that after you did Shift+Alt+Ctrl+R, you were able to find and select the grayscale image. If so, it sounds like there could be something about the config (should be a bmp file) or grayscale image (should be a jpg file) that the game doesn't recognize. You might want to give the exact name of the region you're trying to use or provide a link so some one could check it out...

Dornelles river. I would try it in Sc4terraformer, but that wont open either.

Make sure you save the grayscale in jpg format. When you select the grayscale after the key press, make sure the name shows in the file selected box below the file list, you may need to type in the name.
