Installing regions?

How do you get regions onto the game?

Im pretty sure you don't put the file in your plugin folder.

(im talking about regions you download btw)

ok i have downloaded sc4mapper and the new york city map and i wanna use it but every time i do i installed sc4mapper but it wont run

What operating system are you using, if it is Vista you may not have all of the DirectX 9 files needed.  I think there is a list of the files needed in the "readme".
