Great updates Ill Tonkso!

EDIT: WELCOME TO PAGE 10

I noticed that you want to change the name of the CJ. This is what I noticed in the game. It is hard to play a industrial style only scenario. As soon as one places some parks and bings education, polluting industry is reduced and manufacturing is also reduced. All you end up is High Tech and a lot of Commercials. Now, this is not a complaint, just something i noticed that is due to the game mechanics probably.

Eitherway I am digressing. Huge parking lot near the stadium. Charring Square is charming indeed. The pub should open a small terrace there, but they are probably not allowed by the well fare committee (or if such a Cie exists in UK / Birmingsfield (it's probably something typically Dutch).

love the stadium and the huge car-parks, good to see a station right next to it though!

If possible can you show before and after shots of the re-generation projects of former industrial areas?

    Bristham Valley
    Brennts Premier Theme Park

    Brennt Shores somewhat lacks in theme parks, the largest (and rapidly expanding) is at Bristham valley, Bristham as we have previously established in this CJ is a popular riverside retreat for the people of Birmingsfield, full of pubs, clubs and bars. But a few miles away we have a differant theme completly, Bristham Valley is a world of fun.
    Open all day and most of the night, Bristham Valley attracts a wide variety of people, during the day it is a family park, at night the teens take over.

    Here is the park today.

    The Park Entrance is built under a viaduct for the Park Railway.

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//BristhamValley2.JPG align=baseline>
    The parks first rollercoaster, Corkscrew.

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//BristhamValley3.JPG align=baseline>
    This mighty wooden coaster 'Woodland Raiders'  is one of the parks most popular attractions.

    <ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//BristhamValley4.JPG align=baseline>
    THe small coaster 'Tigermoth' was designed for the more timid riders.

    The parks newest area 'Demolition Mountain' with its signiture attraction, log flume 'Summit Plummit' in the background.

    The popular 'Deep Forest Racers' go-kart track.

    A view of 'Proffesor Zoinks Mansion' from the Swan Boat lake.

    Look forward to more Bristham Valley updates later in this CJ, things are going to get higher, faster and more intense, keep watching.

    Great highrise area! I love the kanal winding through it. How did you connect that PEG stream to it BTW (or did you chose the angle in a way that noone can see it by purpose 37.gif??)

    That citigroup logo somehow reminds me of the rainshield logo from resident evil - incidence??

    Tonks lately your downtowns have been such a big inspiration for me
    the way the buildings all look to have grown in such natural locations
    and the architexture flows nicely instead of jumping all over.

    Also the mid rise mixed in to fill the spaces looks great and I love the
    closeups, again something that i have been doing more of myself
    thanks to this cool cj.

    Well, expect a lot from this one, the model is far from finished yet, i plan to make each of the resaurants at the top unique, lose the same old glass entrance thingy and breath some life into them. The other end of the shopping center will probably have another entrance and i will try to i plecate a service and delivery road entering the bottom of the building where the carpark entrance is (or will be rather).

    This is a really fantastic journal. I've been keeping up with it for awhile now and I love how you've been developing your city. Your pictures are amazing, keep up the good work! 44.gif

    Also, I notice you've effectively used the GLR mod in a lot of your pics, have you had any problems with the mod causing SC to crash?

    Now that IS STUNNING! Very British and greatly so. That BAT I know is custom made, It is quite a nice BAT.... The textures are not awesome but are very good, The glass is somewhat awesome but the blue roof is pretty good....
    I hope you improve that though.
    I love the High-Street sets and of course the GRL...... You use it such a fabulous way or in a veeeeeeeeery Seeeeeeeeeeexy Way!!! 18.gif
    I hope you update once again soon....... 44.gif

    Great work.

    Was Bristham Valley made in RollerCoaster Tycoon 3? Because I have that game and there are many similarities.

    Awesome CJ mate, I love it!

    A couple of questions - where did you get the mail railway station, the aquaduct and the pelican crossings from? The first two look incredible and the crossings are something I've wanted for a while. And that cancalside mill - wow!

    Excellent stuff Tonkso, keep it up!
