What a teaser pic. You've got the epitome of American suburbia down. The retaining walls surrounding the mall are a nice touch. I'm reminded here of the Southeast as well - the compactness resembles New England but the road structures and suburbanization are straight out of the South.

    Update 13 FINAL(for now)

Linthicum Heights Industrial Park and Cedar Valley Mall

    The

Industrial Park has experienced Exponential Growth over the past couple updates. There has been an entire new Section Of Warehouses and Distribution Centeres built across the mail rail line, as well as a new rail spur built to the town of Lakeville to the east. The new addintions make this industrial area the larget in the Tristate area.

    Some Pics!

The Largest Smokestack in the Country, as well as a neat closeup:

There are still several open lots in the park for future expansion, but the are filling in quickly:

    ...  ...   ...BREAKING NEWS...   ...   ...

Cedardale quietly declared idependance yesterday, when the US senators from Cedardale slipped a clause into the healthcare bill giving them complete independance and immunity to US Military action...

Since no other senators read the bill, it was passed and Cedardale cannot be touched by the US military, or internaitional forces could act against the US in support of Cedardale

Tuesday, August 18, 2009-Cedardale Independance Day

    Thanks to all for reading!

Stay tuned to follow the growth of Cedardale Government into a full nation status!

Great Update ... I like how good you make your suburbs 4.gif.... The industrial park looks great but putting some trees in those open spaces will spark up the look of the park

I like the industrial areas, more realistic than ones I've come up with. I also like the mall surrounded by the forest of single-family houses and other commercial buildings.

Great update. I did like the smoke stake, but now i know it is a monument it has a justified reason for being so tall. As for the poll, i say use both, however they have to use appropriately otherwise there is no point in doing it. For this cj, i would mix up the photoshop experience............hope this helps 3.gif

Foxwood and Donwoody Hollow look great. I like your use of the new curved streets. Reminds me I've yet to download the newer NAM, been a busy summer.

The towns look great with how everything blends into the nearby agriculture and expansive forests.

Why not link the CJ's? Both of my CJ's take place in the same fictional state of Massopax.

Okay... How about this... Evanston was within the state of Cedardale, but in a different County that did not declare independance .. That could make for an interesting story line.
