Website error?

I have very slow WiFi from a local store... some times i get this when trying to load pages around this web site.. I have over 6 diff ones from all around forums n other area... Any idea if its just the fact im using this slow internet? Its not even slow it dirty slow... 10kb/5kb upload.... just enuff to check my email and stay online. Does anyone know what i get this down bellow?

What browser are you using? It could be that you are using an outdated version of a browser and it is not rendering ST properly.

    Im still getting this problem. IT went away for some time and now today its not allowing me to view the front page or stex, I have newest ie and firefox351?

    I'm having a similar problem when I try to access the STEX. The page looks like this when I load it:

    Then over to the side, whaddayaknow:

    That's not cropped, it's cut off by the white box. I'm hoping this clears up, because all of the good BATs are being covered by this box.

    On the ST homepage the STEX recent files listing has the "unexpected error- contact adimistrator" message, but i'm sure it's probably just a temporary site glitch.
