Nam Installation

Well, this is pretty staright forward. I downloaded NAM cause it seemed to be the thing that everyone had and I yes I know what it's for. But when I downloaded...BAM huge list of files. I immedieatly thought  to put it all into my plugins folder....but then there was a Plugins folder already with it, and of course that got me really confused.

Anyway if there was a NAM .exe installer that I didn't know about, could you post a link?

Are you using a Mac? Because the version you downloaded was the Mac version. Only the Windows version has an installer. It can be found here: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21355

To download that you must register ate http://www.c4devotion.com/csxlex/ and then goi to that link for the Windows NAM.

If you use a Mac, you shoulkd download the Mac verion of the NAM here: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=852

You have to be registered at https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex to downloa dthat version of the NAM as well

rainyday: Actually you can download the latest version of the NAM here as well as at SC4D.

Squidhy: It seems as though you downloaded the Mac version of the NAM, which doesn't include an installer. If you're running Windows, I highly suggest that you download the Windows version, which comes with an installer, making it easy to choose what you want included in your game. trism provided the correct link in his post.

Are the mac and Windows versions the same, just one has an installer and one doesn't?
