Hello everyone! Just recently upgraded my PC after buring out my vid card and desided to get back into the game.

Haven't had a city not in the red since Simcity 2000. I do have a quick question. Is there a place to upload/download

cities? Um, community looks great and sorry for the dumb question.

There is no such place since there will be many problems that will up rise upon downloading cities... But you can download buildings, modds and regions over the ST exchange if you want.

There are actually a few sites where you can download fully-built cities; the best I know of is [Capital SimCity] (a Spanish site).  You can download cities, as well as developed regions. 

As noypi07 stated, though, the problem with downloading already-built cities is that you also have to have all the custom content that the original mayor had, else you'll end up with brown boxes everywhere.  Still, if you want it, there it is.

Welcome to Simtropolis, and back to the game.  I noticed that there was a whole region available for download when I checked out the SC4Ever site that is now under the wing of ST.  It is a Maxisland Region by Wren Weburg, looks like it really has had some work put into it, and the plugins issue probably wouldn't be a factor.
