Every driveway on every building extends to the road. How do you do that?

Oh, that's an easy question. It's not the driveways, but the roads. Default SC4 Roads have the sidewalks on either side, but he/she must be using some mod (I don't know which one) that changes road textures to not include sidewalks. Instead, the whole road is asphalt. Understand? Of course, the rest was easy. Even default lots can stretch to the sidewalks, at least, so it ends up looking like the driveways just blend into the road.

Wow I have never seen that before, I would also like to know where to get that, but the guy or girl who made it said they don't want to share it, which suxs... I wonder if they just photoshoped the drive ways and all in the photos.

The city in that video was made by using the Lot Editor to create and change every house, building and road, piece by piece. It wasn't created via a single mod. If you want lots that have driveways that go all the way to the street, you're going to have to go into the Lot Editor and change them yourself, unfortunately...

Ahh, I see, he has retextured the road, and made his own textures, adding sidewalks into lots.

So how would  I go about getting my own textures and retexturing the roads

To make it more clear, he never laid down roads or zones. He literally made a lot in lot editor, and built and entire block on it, including roads and such stuff. This is not a playable city, it is eyecandy. Here is the thread for it:

I have it all worked out - Accept the RHW doesn't give road acces

I'm not sure whether theres any point in editing the avanue that much...
