NAM plugin pack?

Only been play SC4 for about 2 days..Was wondering if anyone could help with a link or two for some kinda MUST HAVE pack(s)?? I found NAM and Installed the latest networkaddonmod_essentials and also installed rural highways..Just wondering if anyone can help me out with a few more must haves!!

Well, other than the NAM and its related addons (SAM, HSR, and RHW - the one you said you have), I've always considered the Road Top Mass Transit (RTMT) staions as a must have in my cities. Also, the Hole Digging lots would come in handy when using some of the NAM pieces, and the Jagged Edges mod as well.

As for other 'must haves', it would probably depend on what style you are interested in (rural, urban, military, farming, canals, etc,), the types of things you would want in each, and how much you would want to mod the game (eg. demand mods, terrain mods, etc.). There are so many possibilities. You might get more specific suggestions by narrowing down the types of things you're looking for. And you could always browse through the City Journal section and search the STEX for what interests you.

I'm more looking for just infrastructure.. roads, highways, roundabouts ect... After seeing a few videos on you tube I relised the game's infrastructure without mods is pretty poor.. I'm looking for ways to maybe link ground rail with elevated rail and better highway links to avenues anything that will improve urban infrastructure for now would be a good start.

you mentioned you installed NAM essentials - have you actually installed the main NAM itself?

NAM includes eleveated rail, rounabouts, new intersections and loads more

Once on the LEX do a power search for "NAM Team" under creator and you will find loads of other addons to go with it

Some of these addons lack explaination... I have no idea how HSR works...I eventually worked out you can drag it with monorail..but ..

-Where is the station?

-How come I get all these gaps in the track that can't be fixed?

-When i try an curve the track why does it go back to monorail?

Start new cities with plenty of money and give a boost to the taxes. Even if set taxation to 1%, you will still have enough of income

There are no stations for HSR included in NAM, you have to search it on the STEX or on the LEX

augy202... Welcome to ST...

For the turn lanes and roundabouts, you just need to have NAM. They are part of it. When you run the installer, be sure to select those options by checking the box for them. Hope this does it for you...
