Windowed Mode

I'm having a bit of a problem and it is making me EXTREMELY frustrated. By the advice of someone on the chat, I added the tag -w (windowed mode) to my SC4 shortcut. It didn't work out too well, so I removed the tag so it would run in fullscreen again, and it continued to run in the stupid windowed mode. I probably wouldnt have a problem with this, but the fact that in windowed mode I can't see everything and some of the UI and region textures are bad due to the fact that I do not have Pixel Shader on my GFX Card.

So can anyone help me get rid of this jank crap?

You need to add the -f tag just as you did with the -w, and start the game at least once to get the game back to full screen.  You may also need to add the resolution to the target to get back to the desired resolution.

This is an example syntax if you have a wide screen monitor:

    -CustomResolution:enabled -r1440x900x32 -f -intro:off

Use a resolution you like that your monitor supports.

If you have a standard 4:3 monitor you can use the game options to set the resolution.

I am trying to do that also, but when I hit apply it tells me what is in the target box is not valid

does this not work in Vista or something?

looks like you need to add a space after the -w and put it outside the quotation marks. Wow, I am stupid
