If you're trying to get the recently uploaded Apple Store to work, I have bad news.  Almost everything about that lot is modded incorrectly.  The model is non-existent (empty, actually), which means it is not possible for a building to show up on the lot; the lot config exemplar is missing essential components; it was very poorly modded from someone else's work, part of which was included (i.e., plagiarized!).

Short story: don't bother.  It wouldn't work even if you had the descriptor you seek.

If, however, you are looking for that descriptor for some other lot, try tracking down the World Trade Center lots that are available.  I suspect the Apple Store author borrowed it from one of those.  There are several WTC lots.  Searching the STEX should give favorable results.

The buildings in that STEX file don't show up: I know. However, personally I advise you not to bother with that file. The STEX is full of industrial BATs (not Maxis junk) that are FAR nicer and realistic than this. Try Fukuda's BATs, or my Alkaline Inc BATs. Try to say no to Maxis, lol.
