How do i download buildings from this site - it seems there is no actual link  to download?

Did you click on the link after each description?  It took me to a download page, but it looks like you have to create a Mediafire account, on the top of the page.  Did you try that?

but when i click on the ''bronx rowhouse...'' or ''bronx apartment..'' and some other bats  it sends me to a direction where i cannot download.

It looks like the files are hosted on MediaFire. Just click the link (After all of the description) and download the file offsite.

Yes, when it went to the Mediafire site, I clicked on the title again, Staten Island Borough Hall.zip.  A box came up to the left that said, "Click here to start download."  I did, and the zip file downloaded, and I didn't create an account.  If your browser disables cookies, you will have to allow them for this site.  And I think you have to allow popups as well.
