BAT - HELP ME PLEASE

There are many SimCity 4 fans just like me who haven't the slightest idea how to use BAT. This forum is for those us so we can make our own bats for our cities and the STEX and other websites. Please, post something to help us!

I agree with the two posters above. All of us active BATers started from scratch and taught ourselves. I started by going through the BAT tutorials on the ST Omnibus (SWAT and nihonkaranws already provided links above) and then it was just trial-and-error and a whole lot of time for me to get where I am today. You will find that most people on this forum are very helpful and are happy to give you advice and pointers.

I suggest that you download and install the necessary programs (gmax and BAT) and start going through the tutorials. Then start your own BAT thread on this forum so you can show others your work and receive help from some of the more seasoned BATers. And by all means have fun with it!
