HCF (Harbor Coastal Flats) Is a region that I came up with when I got tiered of building with hills and mountains. The people living there are about as rich as you can get. A entire region based on high wealth, tourism, and celebrities. A place where A-list people are around every corner, bribes on politicians are the norm. Where money rules the land, welcome to HCF.

Hehe, Its called flats for a reason. ; )

Parks, rule in HCF. The rich like there green.

Houses on the beach are of common. They will run you a big dollar.

Gated communites are another thing of the common.

Like I said, gated communites provide saftey and privicy.

Just a little glimpse of what you can expect.

I will update as much as I can.. With school it might be a little difficult, but I'll do my best. I hope everyone enjoys, and please tell me what you think. : )

I would turn off the UDI icons, but the rest looks good. Also, the mid-rises on the left side of the last picture look very repetitive, so you might night some more custom mid-rises.

Can't see the pics except the region shot. But I already love this CJ just from the region shot. Ever thought about uploading the blank map on the STEX? I would love to to build a city on that map!

region view looks nice, I can see you planned well for highways and caosts and such, tho the region view is the only pic i can see.. are the others .png?
