London region image

I like the London region that comes with the game. However I wanted to change the layout of the cities, so I altered the config file.  Now I need to import the terrain image, but I can't find one for London. Can someone help?

To change the layout of the cities you need to change only the config.bmp which can be modified with Paint (or other image editing programs) or with the Landscape designer. Yes, I did this--I altered the config file using Paint. I put the new config file in the London region folder, then opened the game, but the cities that I altered do not have any terrain on them--they are just flat green space. Meanwhile the cities that I did not alter still have the London terrain on them. So now the region as a whole is all messed up. Did I do something wrong?
