Housing Flats

I need some really good housing commission flats for my ghetto, but most are growable. Are there any good ploppable housing flats out there? I've searched under the STEX and gotten quite a few.

There aren't uploaders who make ploppable residential lots because there is a bug with them so if you plop it it'll be abandoned after a while.

In the mods section,there is the RH plop mod, lets you plop every maxis building(547 buildings, not 463). For res plop problem, just zone res, than plop the res building you want on top of the zone.
