Getting Nightlights

Hello fellow Simtropolites! I'm gearing up for my first CJ soon, and I've used a lot of plugins from the STEX. The only problem is that my plugins folder took a lot of virtual memory from my hard drive, and installing BAT is almost virtually impossible. Is there another way that can allow me to see the night lights on custom buildings, or is there a way to download BAT on another folder? I'm not that smart when it comes to technology, but if anyone can please help that would be great.

You don't need gMax, or the SC4 BAT to have the nightlights in your game. You just need to have the game update patch installed to version 638, and the SC4update4BAT.exe installed, to get to version 640.
