Show us your computer errors/glitches

Post computer errors/glitches you've encountered. And that means errors only you have screencapped. That means no errors someone else had (unless you took the screenshot or photo), and no fake errors or stuff you received in chain mail (you know what I mean). Ones with (at least some) comical value are preferred.

Images larger than the size limit will be linked to the full size version.
