My First Stage 8 Building was Pedriana Pharmeceuticals, I got three all at the same time! After that, I have five Pedriana Pharmeceuticals in my downtown, one in the suburban business district.

In my LATEST large city, my first stage 8 building was Chong Inc. and Two Wallace Manors at the same time.

This isnt a gerneral rule, however it works in most cases.  Stage 8 buildings are the ones that like to grow on 4x4 zones.  However, there are some that are on 3x4 or 4x3.
