Quick Question

Ok so let me get this straight, all I do is browse the very convenient Exchange download and save to lets say my desktop. Then I unzip and do the isntaler  and make sure it installs them into my PLUGINS folder in side my SimCity 4 Archives...Is that it? It all goes into the plugins folder no matter if its a plopable, grow or region? 

Also If its a file do I place the actual fiel or jsut the contects. Likewise if it installs them in seperate archives do I palce them into a folder and that folder into the plugins file?

Well if its a plugin and such in a folder, you can move the entire folder into your plugins folder and it will still be in the game. For regions, just move the region file or the folder its in into your region folder. Does this answer your questions? I hope I helped enough.

Also what are dependant files or dependancy files I keep hearing about??

Those are must have downloads you have to have if the upload you plan on downloading says you need these certain files as a "dependancy". Failure to download these other files will cause unexpected and unwanted results in the game, like brown boxes, big blurs, or even game crashes I beleive.

When you download this there will be a PDF file. Click the file and search for the dependency and click the link beside it. Hope it helps.
