How do i get left-hand driving to work

Im trying to get my cities to work on a left-hand basis, but it doesnt seem to be working. (Using the April NAM). Im also using the SFBT Euro Texture mod and ZebraAvenue mod for effects, and I also selected the left-hand drive for all of them, but to no avail.

Can someone give me some advice.

Do you mean you have a Right Hand Drive version of the game and you want to change it to Left Hand Drive? This might help you. I don't believe simply selecting left hand options for mods will change the game itself, only the appearance of things and some functional adjustments.
