Now that's a weird bug..

hi, i formated my computer some days ago, and installed XP like always...then installed all drivers and stuff and after,  SC4. It start normaly, i open one city and it goes well. But then, when i hold ctrl or shift to change the size of that circle you use to make terrain/trees it simply don't move while i'm holding it. If I hold shift then click with mouse to make trees, it keeps making trees but when i try to move the mouse, it don't move, and i have to wait like 8 sec. to the game go back normal.. And some times, it bug like hell:

Looks like some sort of amazing texture bug going on there. Are you using and terrain or tree mods?

i didn't even installed any mod, bat , texture and stuff...but that's not the big problem, the big one is the bug with shift and ctrl

It looks like all the buttons. You either have a bad glitch or you might want to check the integrity of the core SC4 files (SimCity1.DAT, etc.) Also, if you don't have a powerfull enough GFX card or enough ram, then the SHIFT and CTRL keys will make things slow.

That is definetly something with the core files. Maybe an ID mess up? I say back up all of your regions, plugins and albums then re-install it.

Dude, my pc is kinda good , as i told up there, and it didn't used to have those bugs b4 i format it... i mean, b4 i format it, SOMETIMES i had lag, but JUST lag... and sometimes that screen bug happen, kinda 1 in 2 hours , but idc with that grafic bug, I just want to fix my ctrl and shift i mean, i instaled my SC4 + Rush hour. Bug. Installed an pirate SC Deluxe that i USED B4, and bug again..
