Well, sorry it's 2 questions heh heh.... first one, you know, all those awesome modded and bated (guess those words don't even exist but, i guess you got what i mean) CJs... Well, i've been trying to make some nice looking city, but my money always screw me... So, i'd like to ask, do those mayors use mods like money tree to make or is it possible (maybe easy) to make nice looking city without that kind of mod/cheat? And, if you'd like to recomend one step-by-step tutorial about how to make a city, i really would appreciate, because i've been having problems after 80~100.000 population... thank you and sorry for my bad english.

@Blue lightining Dude, my pc is kinda good , as i told up there, and it didn't used to have those bugs b4 i format it... i mean, b4 i format it, SOMETIMES i had lag, but JUST lag... and sometimes that screen bug happen, kinda 1 in 2 hours , but idc with that grafic bug, I just want to fix my ctrl and shift i mean, i instaled my SC4 + Rush hour. Bug. Installed an pirate SC Deluxe that i USED B4, and bug again.. @un1 i didn't even made one city :'( reinstalled 3 times. Nothing.

i didn't even installed any mod, bat , texture and stuff...but that's not the big problem, the big one is the bug with shift and ctrl

oh yeah, i forgot Athlon X2 4200 2.2ghz GF 8800 GTS (the first one :\) 2GB DDR2 667 250 GB HD And the latest NVIDIA Driver.

hi, i formated my computer some days ago, and installed XP like always...then installed all drivers and stuff and after, SC4. It start normaly, i open one city and it goes well. But then, when i hold ctrl or shift to change the size of that circle you use to make terrain/trees it simply don't move while i'm holding it. If I hold shift then click with mouse to make trees, it keeps making trees but when i try to move the mouse, it don't move, and i have to wait like 8 sec. to the game go back normal.. And some times, it bug like hell: seriously, Please don't use, or imply language in poor taste. tungston

how it works? i saw some commands but it looks like a sh***
