Jim,: the old house of Vallen has been bulldozed to make room for this one. The dam should be finished within the next 4 or 5  updates. Dice Electronics....hm....wait and see. As I said before to build the statue in honour of Oriole, they have to make roads go there first, but all the folks are working on the Nexis connection ( Highway2), Hydro Dam and the piping and the harbour and the High voltage lines and..........know what I mean? Even Razor Blade Logging Industries cannot find enough labourers to gett their demand done. To build , first you clear and level and prepare the terrain for the construction and then the finishing etc........

slayerovsims: I think there once was a watermod from .....teirusu.., or someone else, I can't really remember, and in that mod there were like a half a dozen or more of different waters. Check out the Mod section, maybe they still have it here.

OMG! I just had to post again! I just read through your entire story in about 2 hours (worth every minute) and am so glad I did because now I understand everything. (I didnt even know this had anything to do with space) I mean this is the most inspiring thing I have EVER read. Thanks for your work Mr. Bison. (whew I shoud have brought a camera)

Thanks MrCinatit for the watermod link, I couldn't have remembered myself. As a fact my memory for those things is so small that I don't remember about 80% of what I have and where i got it. I upload lots from 7 different sites in 4 different languages, and my plugin folder is immense, like the pic shows.

EDIT: I just realized that I took this picture with half of the folders on my desktop, which I do so when I render or use the Lot Editor.(speeds up everything)  So actually I have exactly 4317 files in there.

i know what you mean - i just looked at my plug-in folder, and found more than 3,800 files staring back at me.

difference between mine and yours: many of yours are your own creations. i have a total of One self-made lots in my collection. but, everytime i even look at the BAT, i suddenly run into a corner and cringe.

The LBST failure.

LBST (Light Beam Space Traveler) works with lightbeams(lazors) of course,where unorganized particles can travel at the speed of light and be reorganized, once reaching the other side of the LBST. That is why it takes two systems, one on each end.
Now a  problem has come up with the LBST on Uru. It does not want to point or to travel into the right direction anymore, but the lightbeam is bent to a point that it is completely out of line. There is no way to fix this for now, scientists reported, because they have no idea what is causing this. Scientists from Mahoon offered their help too, but their knowledge of the Traveler is not developped yet.
On the picture below, it will show you exactly what is wrong. The green line shows the normal light beam when traveling, and the light blue line shows where it goes now. Everytime the system is reprogrammed, the light beam turns instantly to the newly discovered planet of Pamilos. What is causing this?
Could it be because Opall is getting closer and closer, or the sun of Solaris is interfering all of sudden with it? What is Pamilos, a planet? Why does it point there?......Many questions and no answers yet.
*The problem HAS to be solved soon* The Grand Ruler mentioned in a special meeting of the Rulers on Uru. Opall will hit Uru in 176 years from now on, estimated by the Gaburans.

On the picture you can also see the two possible directions that Opall could take.Left the way Urulians predict and right the prediction of the Gaburans.

 

This is the new harbour of Tenzel Outlet, which was recently dug out and built by a co-operation between the Nexians and the Gaburans.This town was chosen by a public vote of Genesis inhabitants and it seemed logical as the perfect situation. On the Tenzel river mouth, it opens very quickly into the sea,then to connect with the northern, southern and eastern regions. Also, the Nexis River outlet is not too far from here.

It only took a few months to have the Harbour function,now they only need ships.

The Regional Administration Office in Gloryville has decided to zone some area of Tenzel for residential and industrial uses. Soon, the constructions will start and if you have an Industry to be build here in Tenzel Outlet, better hurry and reserve a place.
A short Highway is planned to reach Tenzel Outlet also in the near future.

Now,pausing the story for awhile, I want some of you Simtropolis members ,who follow this CJ,to be included in my story. How about it?.

 

I need *Your*Company names that want to install themselves here, whether they are commercial or industrial, whether in Tenzel or elsewhere on Genesis. Tell us what you want to do and make. Why not just have a simple home here somewhere, just ask me and I will include =Y O U= in my story with your own or your favourite buildings. Build yourself up to a Mega Industry or become one of the Rulers, how about the fellow on his retirement that liks fishing and hunting, or be the postman, the director , a Police Officer,an artchitect,the owner of a company, the Doctor ...the Bum (lol)....Just tell me!!
 Like I said: You can have an Industry of whatever you decide to be---a commercial Institution or production Company (even if it is only a restaurant or the corner store-----or have just a home somewhere on Genesis. Anywhere on Genesis...you decide, where you live and work. ( But I will decide the story)

 

YOU decide the building lot/bat, the name of the Co and your name and the place.....and I will tell the story........ Interested??  Sounds like Fun? Let's go and apply for it right here!! The Regional Administration Office will have the final decision though.Only three (3) persons allowed to immigrate in each township.

 

Don't ask me to have a very big Hi-riser to be build in my small towns yet? Everyone has to start small, remember, this is a new life on a new planet.You might end up with nothing, as a hero, or with the biggest building on Nexis...who knows?? ( or maybe become even richer than Nexis or Dice, or more important than Oriole....hmmm?)

Only 12 personalities will be accepted in total for the moment being, and I will see how it goes, if I can handle all this.If it is easy for me, I might open the gate for more immigrants.

If approved, remember you will start at the bottom and slowly (maybe) build up to a Mega Industry,buissness,Hero or VIP. Only time and the story will tell. Everyone will have their own unique lifetimestory, starting from young(something like 16 or 18) and finishing with his/her retirement. Since I have enormous problems to PM someone on this site (everything is soooo

slow now), I will reveil the admissions of all the new Immigrants here.

 

All entries have made,no more will be accepted for the moment, you can still

leave your name for further administrations later on.I have to see first, how I

can handle this quantity.Remember though, first come - first serve!

The Regional Administration Office in Gloryville has announced that the following

have been granted permission to immigrate to Genesis.

You will be considered as young persons who will just start life (somewhere at

the age of 16 to 18). Some will start as servants, helpers, dishwashers, on the

bottom line.. etc, depending on what you will do in the future.Your story will

start this week, without disturbing the original story.The new Immigrants will

just fit into the Adventure of Nexis.
If you would like me to stop and leave Genesis, I will make sure that you will

with all the dignity you deserve. Let me know please, this way you will make room

for another participant.

In no particular order, you will appear here and there , but not in every update,

it could take up to several days before you will be back in the story,so that

everyone has a chance to appear. It is possible that you might not be seen for

more than a week and then maybe two or three times in a row, all depending on my

ideas also. But don't worry, I already have all of you worked out sofar, you will

be proud of yourself in a couple of years.

Remember, this is a game and the reason for this is to HAVE FUN.I might put your

Story personality on a pedestrial, but also sometimes under the bucket, don't be
