Ok, here is mine.

 

 

Trimblelina City: 353,000 residents and 110,000 jobs.

I once had a big city with almost 300.000 sims but now I haven't got any cities with more than 200.000 sims. I can't get higher than that because of the abandonment due to the unemployment.

press enter
press s
select location
upload

you can also use it for screenshots
open irfan view
open SC4
press print
press alt+tab
press strg+v
enter 800x600
press enter
press s
select location
press alt+tab



current largest city is Thalhausen (201k) which will stay at this size.



The region is at little above 370k, will increase to about 650k

My most populated city had 555,000 inhabitants. It was too large for my computer, so I destroyed it and rebuilt it on 4 medium map (actual population : 575k on 2 out of 4 medium maps)

Yes, Very nice cities guys but Please resize your pictures to 800x600. You can also use MS Paint to resize your pictures. Here are the steps to resize using MS Paint:

 

1)Open MS Paint and open the picture

2) Click image on the top toolbar and click on Attributes

3) Change the width to 800 and the height to 600 (if the image is over 800x600, if it is smaller than 800x600 it is fine)

5) Save the image

 

Then you can post the pic on Simtropolis

My largest city has 450,000 inhabbitants. Once, I went in and it had a epidemic. Went straight down into 405,000 then 390,000. I got out fast. Of course, I didn't save.
