Google Earth in Sim City?

Hey I have been wondering is it possible to use any of the buildings from google earth like the 3d ones in SC4? I have tried to use the BAT, but I am terrible with it so is there a way to load them on the BAT and what not and get custom buildings? There are just so many incredible buildings here in denver that no one has on here that would be great for any city. Any help would be much appreciated

all the buildings from google earth are from the 3d warehouse from google.

they are made using google sketch up.

you have to buy google sketch up (the full version) to save the buildings as at 3dmax file.

then just resize, retexture and lighting etc on gmax or BAT.

There are already a few buildings on the STEX that were found in the Google 3D Warehouse and converted for use in SC4. The problem with a lot of buildings you can find there, though, is that they don't have the level of detail that most SC4 players are accustomed to for their games, so you might not be happy with what you find there. Still, if the buildings meet your personal standards of quality, just follow Yeah_Right's advice.

Might I add though, another problem is the legality. If you want to upload your SC4 version of a Sketchup building from the 3D warehouse, you would likely have to have permission from the author. It doesn't apply though if you'd just use it for personal use.
